An extract from the Ginkgo biloba tree can improve cognitive function. "Drip" is an abbreviation for IV drip, in which a medication or other substance is administered intravenously. Ginkgo supplements are taken orally, but in this (obviously humorous) usage, the reference to IV administration of Ginkgo is used because giving something via an IV can often produce a greater and/or more rapid effect than when that same substance is taken orally.
